Our client is an established waste recycling SME. With the backing and resources of a major Plc, the Company is poised for significant expansion and is seeking a talented Business Development / Key Account Manager with Board level potential to help formulate and drive the business strategy.
With an equal measure of new business sales and account management responsibility, your main focus will be on winning and growing contracts for total waste management services targeting large multi-site businesses in the Construction, FM, Utilities, Infrastructure Maintenance and aligned sectors based in London and the South East.
- Experience of selling waste and recycling service solutions strongly preferred though high calibre candidates with experience in closely related service businesses would be considered
- Proven ability to open doors and win large value accounts; experience/active network in the construction, FM, Utilities, Infrastructure Maintenance, or related sectors industry would be ideal
- Confident, independent, self-motivated, and tenacious
- Current / previous roles may include Corporate or National Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Business Development / Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, Key Account Manager
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Driving licence essential
